During these years, the low sulphur low temperature shift device designed and retrofit by Wuhan XinFa Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd has been more than 300 sets, these devices has completed and put the total production ability has more than 3,000 tons ammonia/year. The device is under construction total capacity about 200 million tons ammonia/year. all of them have been put into operation called first success. the Scale from less than 2 million tons to 50 million tons, the pressure vessels has different grades from 0.60 Mpa to 2.0Mpa ,the typical shift device is for synthetic ammonia process, the combined methanol process, methanol unit process corresponding , even provide the hydrogen for the hydrogen peroxide factory . Earlier production device has been stable operation more than ten years, among them main heat ex-changer has been used already more than thirteen years.
