Wuhan Xinfa Petrifaction Equipment Co., Ltd is located in the Sunshine Street of Miaoshan development zone of Jiang Xia, Wuhan. With convenient transportation, it covers an area of more than 80,000 m2, of which pressure vessel production workshop covers 18,000 m2 and towel internals and packing workshops cover 9,200 m2. It’s suitable for manufacturing and assembly of all kinds of large equipment and components. The company has large-scale cranes, vertical lathes, and annealing furnaces, which offers outward processing of special components. Equipped with special equipment of cutting, mowing, shearing, digging, curving, rolling, pressing, breaking, drilling, lathing, soldering, adjusting and so on, it is able to dependently produce pressure vessels and non-standard equipment of the industry of chemical engineering, oil refining, metallurgy, Biological pharmaceutics, pyrogenation, paper making, food and power, and towel internals, packing and structure parts etc.

The company has experienced designers of pressure vessels, packing and towel internals. So far the engineering technical personnel in total are 51, 2 of which are professors of engineering, 10 of which are design engineers, 18 of which are middle-level personnel and 11 of which are full-time responsible staff. It has long-term project signing cooperation relationship with Tianjin University, East China University of Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, Beijing Chemical university for technical support, Tianchen Institute, Wuhuan Institute, Chengda Institute, and the alike scientific research institutes. It succeeded in offering the overall design scheme, the manufacturing and installation of atmospheric-vacuum distillation and catalytic cracking, delayed coking, hydro desulphurisation, rectifying units to PetroChina Urumqi Petrochemical Company, Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, PetroChina Changling Company, Sichuan Petrochemical Company, CNOOC Huizhou Petroleum branch and the alike. Moreover, the company has Carbon monoxide low-temperature low-sulfur transformation process invented by professor Chen Fushui(Patent No: ZL93 1 05606.3), which are combined with high-efficient, low-friction heat-exchange equipment patent(Patent No: ZI2007 2 0088017.2). More than 100 fertilizer, methanol, Hydrogen Peroxide manufacturer use the proprietary technology developed by our company, achieving very good results and spoke highly of by users. So far, our company has developed from the design of small-scale Synthetic nitrogen transformer in the past to the design of 240,000 ton nitrogen per year transformer(actual productivity is 300,000 tons per year).
