the structure is sample,and lowly cost,it is used for shell side  not serious or chemical cleaning occasions, when it is expaned bigger in thermal, it can be  set expansion joint in shell.

floating-head type heat exchanger:
the structure is complex,the one tube-sheet is fixed,and the another tube-sheet can float freely,the floating-head  removable pipe bundles can insert easily or it can be repair and clean.

coking/delayed coking butyl-octyl alcohol pressure vessel tower manufacturing

Delayed coking unit consists of eight components: (1) coking, mainly equipment is furmace and coke towers. it contains single furnace double towers, two furnace four towers, also have a direct jointly with other devices. (2) fractionation, mainly equipment is fractionator. (3) coking gas recovery and desulfurization, mainly equipment is absorb desorption tower, stabilizer tower , Reabsorption Tower etc. (4) hydraulic coke. (5) coke dehydration and storage. (6) blow-off and venting system. (7) steam-generating  (8) coke roasting . the furnace outlet temperature is set to 495-500 ℃, coke tower pressure is set to 0.15-0.2 Mpa.


Low carbon hydroxyl synthetic core technology is adopted in rhodium catalysts, thus the reaction pressure is reduced greatly. Therefore, the factory investment and maintenance cost is low, propylene generating butanol of high selectivity, reaction velocity is fast, product yield is high, raw material consumption is little, catalyst is little, easy operation, corrosive small, less contamination of environment (nearly harmless technology). Therefore, this method of production worldwide with distinct advantage and rapid development, it is the main methodes of  butyl alcohol and octyl alcohol now.

The new process of pressure vessel

Wuhan Xinfa Petrifaction Equipment Co., Ltd is the only designated design and promotion unit of  Carbon monoxide low-temperature low-sulfur shift process invented by professor Chen Fushui(Patent No: ZL93 1 05606.3)  and the only manufacturer of high-efficient, low-friction heat-exchange equipment patent(Patent No: ZI2007 2 0088017.2) invented by professor Chen Fushui.

The commonly pressure vessel alternate design has some obvious disadvantages:  1) not paying enough attention to reduce resistance.  Production is still in progress for some devices even when the system resistance is up to 0.15 MPa; 2) lacking in system calculation, resulting in poor compatibility; 3) not paying enough attention to purification. In view of these questions,  based on the further research and calculation of  shift section, Mr Chen Fushui  carried out system optimization for  the process and equipment, inventing Carbon monoxide low-temperature low-sulfur shift process patent technology. Low-sulfur means meeting  the needs of preventing devulcanization without  increasing the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in semi-water gas on purpose. In general, the concentration of organic sulfur  in semi-water gas is more than 50 mg/NM3 and the concentration of  hydrogen sulfide  between 30-70 mg/NM3  after desulfuration. In total, the sulfur is between 80-20 mg/NM3. Low-temperature low-sulfur shift process meets these requirements. Low-temperature means  the low reaction session is responsible for the important part of shift reaction, meeting the requirements of low energy consumption in low temperature shift. Low-temperature low-sulfur shift process is comprised of ***  and ***. *** all uses Co-Mo antisulphuric low-temperature shift catalyst . ***uses both  the traditional iron-based high-temperature shift catalyst. Major features of *** are: retaining the advantage of energy-saving in low-temperature shift process , low expenses of shift catalyst, solving  the common problems of devulcanization and   severe erosion in low-temperature shift process. As for general ammonia plants, ***applies well. As for the methanol unit with high methanol-ammonia ratio(shift gas CO>6.0-8.0%), under the condition of guaranteed quality of gas and water, the lower the better.


 By the end of 2009, we have designed or reformed more than 180 low-temperature low-sulfur shift devices.  It developed from 10,000 tons of ammonia per year to 240,000 tons of ammonia per year for one single device. Total productive capacity is over 11,000,000 tons ammonia per year. Sinochem Plain Chemical Co., LTD.(Shandong Plain) successively built 7 sets of 80,000 tons, 100,000 tons, 120,000 tons,160,000 tons and 20,000-ton ***shift devices with work pressure 0.8/0 MPa after refoming the first four to six shift device.

Shandong Ruixing Chemical (Shandong Dongping) successively built one 120,000-ton shift device , two 240,000-ton shift devices with work pressure 0.80 MPa and the third 240,000-ton shift device is under way; Jiangsu Funing is building the one 200,000-ton shift device with 1.40 MPa work pressure after reforming the first 80,000-ton shit device; Luxi Chemical Group built two 180,000-ton shift devices at the same time in the new-built industrial park in 2007. We designed all the above devices and provided heat ex-changer.

Wuhan Xinfa Petrifaction Equipment Co., Ltd is located in the Sunshine Street of Miaoshan development zone of Jiang Xia, Wuhan. With convenient transportation, it covers an area of more than 80,000 m2, of which pressure vessel production workshop covers 18,000 m2 and towel internals and packing workshops cover 9,200 m2. Moreover, the company has Carbon monoxide low-temperature low-sulfur transformation process invented by professor Chen Fushui(Patent No: ZL93 1 05606.3), which are combined with high-efficient, low-friction heat-exchange equipment patent(Patent No: ZI2007 2 0088017.2). More than 100 fertilizer, methanol, Hydrogen Peroxide manufacturer use the proprietary technology developed by our company, achieving very good results and spoke highly of by users. So far, our company has developed from the design of small-scale Synthetic nitrogen transformer in the past to the design of 240,000 ton nitrogen per year transformer(actual productivity is 300,000 tons per year).
