the structure is sample,and lowly cost,it is used for shell side  not serious or chemical cleaning occasions, when it is expaned bigger in thermal, it can be  set expansion joint in shell.

coking/delayed coking butyl-octyl alcohol pressure vessel tower manufacturing

Delayed coking unit consists of eight components: (1) coking, mainly equipment is furmace and coke towers. it contains single furnace double towers, two furnace four towers, also have a direct jointly with other devices. (2) fractionation, mainly equipment is fractionator. (3) coking gas recovery and desulfurization, mainly equipment is absorb desorption tower, stabilizer tower , Reabsorption Tower etc. (4) hydraulic coke. (5) coke dehydration and storage. (6) blow-off and venting system. (7) steam-generating  (8) coke roasting . the furnace outlet temperature is set to 495-500 ℃, coke tower pressure is set to 0.15-0.2 Mpa.


Low carbon hydroxyl synthetic core technology is adopted in rhodium catalysts, thus the reaction pressure is reduced greatly. Therefore, the factory investment and maintenance cost is low, propylene generating butanol of high selectivity, reaction velocity is fast, product yield is high, raw material consumption is little, catalyst is little, easy operation, corrosive small, less contamination of environment (nearly harmless technology). Therefore, this method of production worldwide with distinct advantage and rapid development, it is the main methodes of  butyl alcohol and octyl alcohol now.

polysilicon/methyl alcohol tower manufacturing

The Poly crystalline silicon is the raw material of mono crystalline production, it is the electronic information base material of semiconductor devices such as contemporary artificial intelligence, automatic control, information processing, photoelectric conversion . It's called "the foot stone of microelectronics ".

In the solar energy utilization, mono crystalline silicon and poly crystalline also plays a tremendous role. Although from the fact that will make solar power has large market, and accept by vast consumers , we must improve the solar photoelectric conversion efficiency, reduce production cost. From the current international solar cell development process,it can see the development trends of mono crystalline silicon, poly silicon, ribbon silicon ,thin film materials (including micro crystalline silicon base film, compound base film and dye film).


Low-temperature methanol washing process use the cold methanol as solvent, and the excellent characteristics of  methanol absorbing acidic gas at low temperature , removing the acidic gas gas from raw material gas.
This process is with high degree of the gas purification and  good selectivity, the gas depressurization and decarbonlization can be procesed selectively in the same tower in subsection.

Low-temperature methanol washing process technology is mature and it has a good application performance in industry, it has been used extensively in synthetic ammonia, synthesis methanol and other hydrology synthesis, city gas, industrial hydrogen production and gas desulfurization etc gas purification devices. this technology is used in the large ammonia plant with coal and residue as raw material in domestic.
